Payday 3 Review Who Should Buy And Who Should Not

Introduction

Introduction

some of us probably remember the days of playing cops and robbers as kids that was the time when our parents told us to go outside not come back until it got dark out we would be equipped with Nerf guns BB guns and pretty much whatever else that we could get our hands on there were always kids fighting over who got to be on which side and he kind of figured out who the group was going to be going to prison pretty quickly and who was going to be a cop however, there was always this Mystique of being the robber this idealistic conundrum of doing bad and the thrill that comes with possibly getting away with it now I've never committed a robbery before however I do live vicariously through the payday series and.

Man i have really enjoyed Payday 3 and the weapon manipulation upgrades they have implemented into this game, as well as a lot of the other upgrades that they've done to really improve this payday series and take it to the next level there. And gaming guides that I bring to you.

Setting and story

Setting and story

And story payday. 3 takes place following the positive ending of Payday 2. We saw our favorite mass robbers leave the life of crime and apparently try to live a life without having shootouts and risking prison or, you know, death there. There are numerous characters that do make a return to this game, and you get the opportunity to choose who you want to play with, set in New York.

You quickly realize in the first heist that the tactical teams associated with NYPD and the teams that come with them do not mess around you. They will complete the heist in a specific order, and with each heist, there is a story leading up to it as well as the specifics of said heist. Each advancing heist that you take on can have higher stakes can get higher based on the difficulty you choose, but the rewards can be just as appealing.

Now, it's what you do when you get into the high says what truly matters in this game, so let's see how that is gameplay.

Gameplay and features

Gameplay and features

And features payday. 3 has multiple gameplay and features worth talking about, so I want to make sure I cover as many as I possibly can so that you understand the concept of the game and what to expect. At the core of the game, your job is to become the embodiment of a criminal and pull off heists to grow your worth so you can, you know, buy cool stuff.

In this first-person shooter, there are a slew of challenges, customizations, and tactics that go into pulling off these heists in different ways and earning rewards along the way. 3 takes the shooting mechanics of the series to a much smoother and more fluid level. The recoil of each weapon, I thought, responded extremely well to how you customized them.

As you're assigning new components, you will immediately see the difference in comparison to a plain iron-sight rifle or a handgun. This is a game that you know you're consistently going to win over and over in a variety of situations. It was the feel of the weapons here that got me hooked into this gameplay loop of multiple 10-hour sessions that just flew by, and I wanted to keep going, clearing the corners, going in with my team, picking how we were going to do things.

It was awesome now, as I would learn the strategies of each heist, how to capitalize on earning the most money, and ultimately level up my character. The way that it felt to clear the buildings and engage in the onslaught of those trying to stop me from doing it just felt so satisfying. The challenges they implemented here consist of the highest career in combat, and I was able to track based on what I had completed, in progress, and not started, which was nice now.

One aspect I would have liked to seen here is someone who likes to chase challenges is I would have liked to have seen the pop-up in-game letting me know I had accomplished a challenge so I could adjust my, in-game strategy to complete as many of them as possible it does tell you at the end in a game summary but I would have liked to have seen that during the game now after you level up you earn more money and get further in the game you, can buy better weapons and gear to build loadouts, to enter in with I, like the full customization options of each weapon and then I can adjust my build whether I want to run as a medic an assaulter or how I want to support my team's Mission all of this was at my hands however, it was dependent on my investment of time and completion of the game which, is something I greatly value in a game now I did have a bug in the game where I was showing level 11 however.

My level 8 armor was not able to be unlocked. This game bases the core of its gameplay on multiplayer. Overall, I had a pretty stable experience with my connection to the public servers. I think I had two or three times where I was kicked out due to the multiplayer server not connecting properly, which was actually way less than I thought it was going to be granted.

I was playing before a lot of other people, so time will tell how their server stability is in the future. You can play alone along with three bots, but I do think the best experience is going in with a team full of life people and other players so they can help you, gathering all the money, and getting things kind of put together there.

There are a variety of enemies in this game, and they range in not only their durability but also their attack sequences, their base security guards, patrol officers, heavy Special Response Juggernauts, and these damn ninjas that will hit you once and knock you down while they stomp your face off as you lay there.

Now, if you are arrested, your team can trade hostages for your release, which never happened because half the time my team I was on normally killed all the hostages by the time that this happened, but you, normally, kind of have to wait the 80 seconds to respond if you get arrested or if you die because of the chances.

Are there so many hostages left for you to exchange now payday 3? In my opinion, it excels at the simplicity of things within gaming; they've homed in on having just good shooting mechanics and addicting gameplay loop to keep doing Heist, and there's so many challenges to chase. I continue to scroll through to see what I need to go after next.

It was this tight structure that they have gotten right that I think will keep players continually logging in to do Heist and customize these more sophisticated and lethal builds. However, I think where payday excels at most aspects, it could definitely use some more modernized graphical upgrades to truly hit a next-gen look performance.
