Payday 3: Should I Buy It. Gameplay Review

laggy

Parker Here I'm recording this after what you're about to see: this article was intended to be Destiny 2 player with way too much time in Destiny reacts to Payday 3 because I saw another big payday content creator comparing this game to Destiny 2. It is laggy, as all hacks can't find a game, and when you do, everyone's.

It's going to be a short amount of gameplay because you do not want to see all the skipping around. Thank you so much. I know what you're thinking, Parker. This isn't Destiny, which I say is payday 3. It just came out. I played a lot of Payday 2. This game is highly anticipated. I've heard some early things about how it doesn't have a lot of content; there aren't that many heists.

But hey, it's a Payday game; we've got to try it out. It was only forty dollars. not too bad. The only thing that concerns me is how laggy the servers are right now. This game just came out. I'm hoping we'll be able to get some gameplay, but just in the menu, they're going to skip around a little bit.

The reason I bring up Destiny at all is because I was watching one of the big payday content creators, and he was saying that he compared Payday 3 a lot to Destiny 2, which is obviously the game I play, so I thought to myself. I'll just make a article going over Payday 3 and see how it see how it feels I've always been a fan of the payday series, so, hey, this could work out great.

Now, one of the big things that I didn't like about Payday 2 was how to join Heist. You go to a map, and there's a bunch of icons all over the place and different difficulties. And it was a little overwhelming, for someone that didn't play all the time, so it looks like they kind of simplified the joy in a heist system, so it looks like they simplified how to get into a heist, which I like a lot.

It looks like the story's pretty straightforward. Like, you complete the first mission, then you get to do a cutscene or something, and then there's the second mission that's really nice. I felt like in Payday 2, I was lost a lot of the time. Simple loadout stuff. I haven't really looked through it a lot, but it looks like it pretty much holds true to what it was before.

Good amount of guns. Good amount of leveling. Maybe get some better-looking guns. Maybe it's a certain person's type of weapon. All the different masks look like they're all going to be white, but you can design them all into outfits, and then it looks like it's probably a currency that you can purchase.

You know, it's a part of every game now. This really intrigues me. We have challenges, and they're pretty straightforward on what you have to do, so I don't remember this from Payday 2; it might have been hidden from me; it might have been an area that I just didn't notice, but hey, anything for completionist achievements is really good in my eyes, and it looks like there's a good amount—I mean, one out of 639.

Heist, and there we go. I did the tutorial, so that's my one achievement I've done, so this is pretty cool. You can switch difficulties right here instead of before. I think you had to load up the difficulty. That's really cool, and it looks like you don't make that much more money by working hard, so I'm just going to go normal.

I'm going to switch it to where it's only me. I think it will give me three bots. Destiny 2 is like the gold standard for these types of games, and I know everyone jokes around, like, What's going to be the destiny killer? What's going to be the destiny killer? You know, the first set just came out, and it seems like a really good game.

I got to play it a little bit, and all these other games that have come out over the years have never really taken the throne. It's good to be playing the game that's the gold standard, because until it's beaten, we're playing the gold standard. Now I don't know how close Payday 3 really is to Destiny 2 in gameplay.

I was just watching a Payday YouTuber, and he was saying it feels like Destiny 2. I mean, it's quite a completely different series; it just caught me off guard where I'm like, well. I gotta play the game now also, while we're waiting for this to load, which feels like an eternity because it's day one.

If you like my type of content, go ahead and subscribe. I've been getting a good amount of likes. I've been getting a good amount of views on my past few articles for having 50 subscribers, and mean the world to me if you went down and hit subscribe, this will be my first non-destiny. 2 article, not sure how it's going to perform might be a short-lived stint of not playing Destiny 2, but hey, who knows?

Any tips would be much appreciated. Not claiming to be a pro of anything but men I sure enjoyed Payday 2, so I'm hoping this thing doesn't disappoint. Well, I've been sitting in matchmaking for what seems to be forever, so I can already see the first Destiny 2 comparison of having unstable servers.

I know it's day one, so it might not be fair, but hey, Dusty has bad servers. Payday 3 has bad servers. It's like, okay, I understand what he's talking about now, okay? Well, it's been about 10 minutes waiting for that matchmaking to work. I'm going to cancel it and see if I can do a different cue, maybe just matchmaking.

I'm not quite sure what the problem was. Well, I canceled the matchmaking and joined another one, but now we're going to be looking for a public server. I'm not sure if having it only with friends was messing it up. I was wearing Q for about 10 minutes before I canceled it, and I realized something's got to be wrong there.

We go, and it says to join the game. Yeah, okay, so that must have been the issue. Trying to do a private game that's not working. I know that I went to a public one, but it's in right away, so I guess we got different loadouts. Not really sure. It's a little buggy. We got slushy. Captain Jack and Jesus, okay, well, I'm ready.

It says they're in the game; they're already going okay. This is a little funky, so I know that the person in the star said that we can go stealthy or we can go in loud. I'm assuming that because it's three random people that I've had no communication with, we're probably going to go in loud. I feel like stealth would have to be a good coordinated effort, but hey, we'll see no rest for the wicked.

Okay, it is bugging around. Okay, they're already inside. Yeah, I mean the graphics, and I think the server is just unbelievably laggy. Okay, yeah, they're all walking into a wall. Okay, well, let's mask up, or, okay, this is unplayable so far; let's see if maybe I could switch around the settings.

I'm not sure you know what's going on. Okay, I turned the graphics all the way down. I'm hoping that I don't want him to be here. Okay, well, I'd already made the joke, but the server stability feels like Destiny, and from the tutorial, like Gunplay, it felt pretty good. Okay, I didn't expect the cops to start shooting up my human shield very much getting this tased.
