Payday 3 - Smash And Grab Achievement Guide

Very quick guide for payday-free I'm going to show you how to complete the smash and grab achievement, which requires you to complete the third mission, dirty ice, within 120 seconds of spawning, which means we're going to need to speed run this mission. Now the first thing you're going to want to do is load in two pieces of dirty ice and make sure you get this spawn where you're across from the back alleys of the jewelry store.

This allows us quick and easy access to the back of the jewelry store, where the manager's office is, the VIP showroom is, and all that sort of stuff that we're going to need to complete the mission. Now don't worry about speed running this straight away you're going to use your first run to, case out the location you're going to need all the information you can in this run and then you can go into the pause menu once you've got all the information and, just retry the mission This will give you the exact same instance.

All the codes will be the same. All the keycard locations will be the same as all the camera locations, etc. You're also going to need a friend to do this. A minimum of two players is required to get this done in under two minutes, but you can have a larger team as well if you want to.

Location

The first thing you're going to want to do is locate all of the cameras between the manager's office, your entry point, and the downstairs underground area where you can turn off the power to the VIP showroom.

It will allow you to take out the cameras just by shooting them and give you a clear path without being spotted by any of the cameras. Once you've done that, you can go into the manager's office and locate the smartphone location. It will either be on the desk where the computer is that you can interact with in the kitchen, countless up just to the left if you're looking from the desk, or on the sofa just opposite the kitchen counters.

In those three locations, the phone will be in one of those locations, but once you've found it, interact with it, but just remember where it is because once you've restarted the game, you'll need to go to the exact same location.

Vip showroom

In that very same room, you're going to want to interact with the computer, and on one of the emails, it will tell you the location for the code for the downstairs rooms, which will give you access to the room that you need to go to turn off the power to the VIP showroom display cases, which you're going to need to complete the mission.

It'll either be in the kitchen just outside of this manager's office, or to the left, it'll be the Wi-Fi password. In the kitchen, it will be the employee of the month's number outside in the front of the jewelry store, which is a public area, and you can just walk around it, or it will be inside the VIP showroom itself, so you need the QR code to be scanned, which you found in this room.

To go inside the VIP showroom, take out the camera that is in there, and then you can have a look on top of the countertop. In the middle of the room, there is a folder open, and there is a four-digit code written on it. It'll be in one of three locations. Now you can go ahead and restart and try for a speed run.

Cut your way through this window, and you'll see that there's either a civilian or a guard inside this hallway. You're going to want to take out the civilian and the cameras nearby; if it's a civilian, just put them in a corner and tie their hands together; if it's a guard, just take them out and answer their radio.

Heist

Then, your current partner can go in and get the QR code for the phone and open up the VIP showroom, where you go downstairs and enter the passcode for the downstairs rooms inside.

Here, you will be able to take out the one guard and the two cameras. Don't worry about answering the guard's radio. Just go to the back and lock-pick this door. This is where the alarm is to disable the alarms for the VIP showroom. As soon as that's disabled, your co-op partner can then go ahead and start bagging up the jewelry lock and picking up the display cases in the VIP showroom.

You're then going to want to grab the red key card on the desk. If it's not on that desk, it's going to be on the guard that you just killed down there. You're going to need this to open the vault, which has a large stone in it. There will be a search submitted, and a guy will come down to these rooms to locate the guard that you just killed, kill him at the stairwell, and then answer his radio.

So another search doesn't go ahead then. You are good to go up the stairs, and then your car partner will need to go back into the manager's office once he's bagged up the cash, and he will then press a button on the manager's office so you can open the safe with the red key card that you picked up in that room, smash the display case to get the large stone, and you can throw it out the window to either a third or fourth person that's waiting by the van so you can get that in the van nice and quickly, or just throw it out so it's easier for you to grab hold of when you're picking up the rest of the bags.

Just grab the bags from the VIP showroom, make your way out the window, and then put the bags in the van and escape. It's nice and easy, but it takes a couple of runs to get it right. As soon as there's a misstep, you basically just want to restart and try again to escape, and that is it.
