Payday 3: I Play For The Plot

Moving on to the other topic of this article. The 99 Boxes track has been my personal favorite so far, but if music like this ends up making the cut, I think we have a lot to look forward to.

The philosophy of 50 pay the heist, 20 payday, 2, and 30 Gustavo seems to have worked out incredibly well so far, meaning the tracks never feel far from their Victoria-inspired roots, but there are individuals enough to present Payday 3 as the brand new game that it is. As you might have heard from the beta, a lot of Payday 2's progressive control into assault music system has returned but has also been developed such that stealth sections are also progressed as objectives are completed, adding to the tension via this five-stage music state.

I am immensely excited to hear the full track list, as we know there are at least eight new songs to thoroughly enjoy on launch, and that's just about it from this development diary, probably the best in terms of content we've seen reflecting its proximity to Payday 3's actual launch five days now for Early Access.

It feels like a lifetime, but really shouldn't after five plus years of waiting I've already done in the meantime go out and play some payday 2. I really appreciate the remaining developers on the project, who are still working to try and leave the game in the best possible state before presumably moving on to either Payday 3 or the new project Baxter.

Whatever that is all that said take care. I have a couple of surprises in my sleep this week, so stay tuned.
